Customer Service, Digital Content Creator, Language Assesment Developer – CILACS UII

Cilacs Universitas Islam Indonesia, Merupakan Institusi dibidang Bahasa dan Budaya yang beralamat di Jl. Demangan Baru No. 24 Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman memerlukan pegawai untuk posisi :

1.     CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)

• Min. D-3
• Max. 30 years old
• Willing to work on-site with a shift system, including night shifts.
• Possess a strong understanding of our products.
• Embody PACTA values (Patience, Attentiveness, Clear Communication, Time Management, Adaptability).
• Capable of handling unexpected situations effectively.
• A good team player.

2.     DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR (DCC)

• Men/ Women
• Min. D-3 Degree from any major
• Accsutomed to using social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TIKTOK)
• Proficient in active and passive English
• Have good copywriting skills
• Mastering content creation techniques : videography, story board, software, editing
• Active, Creative, Innovative and able to work in team

3.     LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT DEVELOPER (LAD)

• Has an Undergraduate (S1) and Master’s Degree (S2) in English Education
• Possesses proficiency in ENglish Skills, more preferebly in writing skills
• Undersands basic statical analysis for language assessment
• Has TOEFL ITP score minimum 500 or IELTS minimum 6
• Has experience in doing quantitative research in English is preferable
• Has the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
